You can submit your forms online, via email including Tuition Express payment form, mail (560 Market Street St. Augustine, FL 32095) or drop them off at the extended day program at your school.

The on-site director will contact you with further information on when your child can start our extended day program.

Enrollment

At Village Extended Day Services, you’ll love how our convenient on-site care saves you time. More importantly, you’ll love the peace of mind you enjoy knowing your child is having a fun, engaging after-school experience while you work. Enroll your child today in three easy steps.

We are excited to start enrollment for the 2023-2024 school year! Currently enrolled extended day families can enroll NOW thru March 28th at a discounted registration fee!! Registration for all Freedom Crossing Falcon Students opens March 1st! Enrollment will be first come first serve and will end July 14th to start August 10th!! Can’t wait to start the 2023-2024 school year off with a great big group and lots of smiles!

Please note that depending on availability, a delayed start date may be required. The annual registration fee and 1st tuition payment must be paid prior to students starting in our program. The registration fee is $75 for one student or $125 for a family with more than one student. Please be patient as we process your registration and be assured we are working diligently on the high volume of enrollments. An email from our Director will be sent as soon as possible to notify you of your enrollment status.

We ensure that children know they are safe, secure, and loved regardless of their behavior on a given day. Our counselors strive to promote friendships among children recognizing that social We collect your tuition payments in the most secure way possible. We use the safe and secure Tuition Express® tuition collecting service for payments. Tuition Express® is regularly tested and audited to maintain the Payment Card Industry’s highest standards, Tuition Express® is a PCI Level 1 Service Provider who uses 256-bit encryption and payment processing’s highest standards to secure your account information. We require that families maintain a credit/debit card number or ACH bank account in our system that is securely stored in the Tuition Express “cloud.”
