Our enrollment process is simple and convenient.
We are excited to be enrolling for the 2025-2026 school year! Registration for all Trout Creek Academy Students is now open!
We will have open enrollment all school year with a possible 2 week waiting period. Please enroll now for the month you want to start to guarantee a start date with us. All enrollment is based on availability in our program.
Please be patient as we process your registration and be assured we are working diligently on the high volume of enrollments. An email from our administrative team will be sent as soon as possible to notify you of your enrollment status.
We collect your tuition payments in the most secure way possible. We use the safe and secure Tuition Express® tuition collecting service for payments. Tuition Express® is regularly tested and audited to maintain the Payment Card Industry’s highest standards, Tuition Express® is a PCI Level 1 Service Provider who uses 256-bit encryption and payment processing’s highest standards to secure your account information. We require that families maintain a credit/debit card number or ACH bank account in our system that is securely stored in the Tuition Express “cloud”.
