Our enrollment process is simple and convenient.
We are excited to start enrolling for the 2025-2026 school year! Registration for all Trout Creek Academy Students is now open! Can’t wait to continue the 2024-2025 school year off with a great big group and lots of smiles!! We are excited to look forward to another great school year 2025-2026!
Please note that depending on availability, a delayed start date may be required after July 18th 2025. The annual registration fee and 1st tuition payment must be paid prior to students starting in our program and first month tuition will be drafted on August 1st 2025.
Please be patient as we process your registration and be assured we are working diligently on the high volume of enrollments. An email from our administrative team will be sent as soon as possible to notify you of your enrollment status.
We collect your tuition payments in the most secure way possible. We use the safe and secure Tuition Express® tuition collecting service for payments. Tuition Express® is regularly tested and audited to maintain the Payment Card Industry’s highest standards, Tuition Express® is a PCI Level 1 Service Provider who uses 256-bit encryption and payment processing’s highest standards to secure your account information. We require that families maintain a credit/debit card number or ACH bank account in our system that is securely stored in the Tuition Express “cloud”.
